Cataract Creek is a nice location to go to, and there are plenty of people from Santa Rosa-Petaluma here at Marshall Beach. If time allows, Point Reyes National Seashore is a national park worth stopping at; a brilliant beach close by is Tomales Beach. You don’t have to go far from Marshall Beach to distinguish the water at Kehoe Ranch Dam, and don't forget to stop at Duck Cove if you're here.
