If you're looking for a beach in close proximity to Kirby Beach, we recommend Baker Beach, and if you're visiting from San Francisco-Oakland-Fremont, you won't be the only one. This is no site for people who don’t like to have a good time. Don't forget to take a tremendous little trip to Lobos Creek; some exciting geology is available here, Yellow Bluff is right here. Don't leave Kirby Beach without visiting Angel Island State Park; Pelican Yacht Harbor
