You could have to settle for a hotel a far away from the beach if you want to spend the night, but you'd better book before heading out in view of the fact that these hotels fill up fast during the summertime. This segment of shoreline is a nice place to check out. summer at Escondido Beach highs are commonly in the 80's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. All through the winter the highs are commonly in the 60's while Escondido Beach overnight low temperatures during the winter are in the 40's. Escondido Beach gets very little precipitation; the month with most of the rain is January, and July is when it's the driest.
