| | Alright, it's been too much time since you went outside, and Elmar Beach in San Mateo County, California is the outdoors at its most excellent. This is such an excellent segment of coastline. Not many accommodations close by, you'll have to go a bit to get to one, and if you make reservations previous to going you're all set. Elmar Beach is not an exceptionally crowded segment of shoreline; if you're trying to find a glorious place to go to the beach, this is a good pick. The campgrounds here at Elmar Beach are reasonably good. Some pastimes here are swimming, |

boating, golfing, whitewater paddling, fishing, and hiking, so one won't run out of cool things to do. California is a splendid place for beach people. Good hiking is available along the Alambique Trail; while you're here here do have a look at close by Mateo Coast State Beaches.
| | Juan Bautista De Anza National Historic Trail is a good place close to Elmar Beach, and a round of golf at nearby Half Moon Bay Golf Links is a perfect way to kill some time. Here at Elmar Beach you'll probably meet some people from San Francisco-Oakland-Fremont; there's whitewater on Pescadero Creek for all you adrenaline people. Time spent at Francis Beach next to Elmar Beach is always tremendous, and why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Crystal Springs Golf Course. to be true. There's glorious hiking along the Ano Nuevo Trail, and don't forget to take a wonderful little trip to Pilarcitos Creek. Go for a hike on the Edgewood Trail, and close by you come across Pilarcitos Canyon which is a magnificent place to go to. Do schedule some time
to have a look at Half Moon Bay near Elmar Beach if you have a chance, and Burleigh H. Murray Ranch State Park is a scenic place any time of year. At Elmar Beach during the months of summer highs are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. For the period of
the wintertime this place gets highs in the 50's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Elmar Beach plunge into the 30's. Elmar Beach gets a common amount of yearly precipitation; all through the month of January you get the most rain around here while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
