| | yourself into a kayak and hit Escondido Creek. Here at Blacks Beach there are plenty of folks from San Diego-Carlsbad-San Marcos, and you could always explore Scripps Canyon. A good place like Torrey Pines State Beach close to Blacks Beach is too magnificent to leave out, and University City Village Golf Course is a good golf course close by. Cabrillo National Monument is one of the destinations next to Blacks Beach that are great to go to, and if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Tecolote Golf Course is in the vicinity. Just getting warmed up. Nothing beats kicking back at La Jolla Shores Beach, and glide down the rapids of Los Penasquitos Creek in a kayak. Summertime at Blacks Beach arrives with high temperatures in the 70's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 60's. The winter comes with
highs in the 60's with winter lows in the 40's overnight here at Blacks Beach. Blacks Beach is typically a rather dry place; January is the month that gets the most rain, and July on the other hand is the driest.
